Three has been voted as the mobile phone retailer which offers the best in-store customer experience.
Votes for by thousands of Mobile Choice readers, Three was handed the award at the magazine’s annual Consumer Awards, held in central London.
Three has ensured that 70% of its stores have the new digital design, providing live demonstration devices for customers to test drive handsets before they buy them. In January, Three opened the Maidenhead Experience Store, supporting the local community with a dedicated Discovery Zone - open to everyone not just Three customers - which brings to life mobile internet and how it can make their life better.
O2, Vodafone, Phones 4U and Carphone Warehouse all made the shortlist for the award, but our readers picked Three as their favourite.
