Mobile Choice readers have voted O2 as providing the best customer care of any UK network for the fourth year running.

Announced at the Mobile Choice Consumer Awards in central London, the network takes home the award for an unprecedented fourth time, having won it continuously since 2011.

Our readers rated O2’s perks as some of the best in the industry, with Priority Tickets getting top billing, allowing O2 customers to buy tickets for top artists like Beyonce and Lady Gaga 48 hours before they go on sale to the general public.

We also received an overwhelming number of great comments about Priority Moments, the service which sends O2 customers offers and discount codes, as well as Priority Sports, which brings subscribers closer to the sports they love.

O2 beat EE, Three and Vodafone, as well Tesco Mobile, which was the only MVNO to make the Best Customer Care shortlist - an admirable effort.

EE was praised for great call quality, while Three had the fewest pay-monthly complaints and was praised for its improved website, social media channels and call centres. Vodafone gained votes for its continued network expansion and roll-out of 4G to 263 towns and cities across the UK.

Finally, Tesco Mobile customers praised the value network for making it easy to buy phones and seek support while at their local Tesco branch. A friendly, helpful service with good advice and excellent turn-around times for resolving problems were just some of the features our readers love about Tesco Mobile.
