i-mate Ultimate 9502 Review
The Ultimate 9502 is encased in slimming black which doesn’t quite disguise its large and bulky dimensions or its weight.
The miniature keyboard is a little squished, but the high resolution screen is a usability highlight.
Wi-Fi and HSDPA are here, as is HSUPA for faster uploads as long as your network supports it. GPS and output to a TV are among the other highlights.
The processor ran a little slow for our liking and we found it irritating to wait for it to catch up with our screen taps at times.
Battery life was reasonable, though with GPS and Wi-Fi on board you are likely to work it hard.
Pros: The TV-out feature is fun and could be very useful.
Cons: The 9502 is relatively large and heavy and the processor ran slow at times.

Verdict: There is no shortage of features, although you’ll need big pockets to stow the kit away.

iMate Ultimatum 9502 poor battery lifeI have this phone last 3 weeks and the major downturn is BATTERY LIFE !!! I was cut off in the middle of Germany ("Main battery low" sign) when I was looking for friends phone yesterday. This was just after a DAY and HALF of phone being fully charged ?!
