New watch phone ideal for active sports
A new portable watch phone has been released which is water resistant. Featuring a power-saving screen to save on battery life, the new Sport mobile phone is a tri-band device. The screen, for a watch at least, is reasonably large at 1.5". The screen also displays 260k colours and spans 128×160 pixels.
It includes hands-free operation and supports Bluetooth. In fact, a Bluetooth earpiece is included in the package. The Bluetooth extra also supports the music facilities of the phone offering stereo Bluetooth output. The watch also includes a camera of 1.3MP, and is a side-shooting device.
The watch holds 512Mb of memory with expandable support to 2Gb. Other features include WAP, GPRS plus two free games. Weighing in at 85g, the Watch Sport measures 65 x 45 x 16mm.
Included software includes a calendar, health monitor, calculator, unit converter, memo pad, world time and a notepad.
