Personalise your Vodafone sports homepage to access BBC coverage of chosen events
Vodafone has announced that its web portal Vodafone Live! will provide access to BBC Sports coverage of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Any one of the 10 million Vodafone UK internet users can read news, updates and watch video highlights of the games free of charge. Customers can also customise their homepage so as they have quick access to information regarding the events that are of particular interest to them.
In addition Vodafone customers who own a Nokia N95 8GB will be able to download and install a mobile BBC Sports news "widget". The widget will enhance the navigation of the service, providing more links to full stories on the BBC webpage, with the ability to download a feature article in seconds.
BBC Sport Olympic Games content is available for free to Vodafone UK customers now until the end of the games on 31 August.
