Motorola's new handset is a slider version of the five megapixel ZN5
Motorola is about to release a new mobile phone which strongly resembles the already familiar ZN5 candy bar styled handset. The new VE66 is based on the latter design but takes a slider construction instead.
The new mobile has adopted the 3G standard to enhance the speed of data transfer which will be ideal for anyone connected to the Internet or who wishes to download data hungy files such as video or music.
A built in camera is also included which offers a relatively high specification of 5MP, the minimal standard for top quality images. Relating to the camera, however, the VE66 does not include any related branding with Kodak, according to the Mobile Idnes website. An unusual occurance as the earlier VE66 model trumpeted the fact of the Kodak association.
