Mid-range handset with mid range features and a new Bluetooth headset announced
Sony Ericsson has added another handset to its portfolio in the shape of the T715. Consisting of a compact slide design, the T715 sports a 2.2-inch screen, 3.2-megapixel camera complete with Sony Eric's Photo light for those night time shots, as well as a smart desktop feature that helps keep you organised with direct reminders of appointments, birthdays and other events with a host of special animations. There's also onboard Google Maps, though due to the lack of GPS you will need to rely on a process of triangulation, while the device comes integrated with AccuWeather.com providing you with a three day weather forecast.
The Sony Ericsson T715 will be available in Q3 of 2009 in Galaxy Silver and Rouge Pink. The manufacturer has also used the opportunity to unveil the Bluetooth Headset VH310, with a battery life of more than 20 days from one charge and a weight of only 10 grams.
