The Sony Ericsson G900i and G700i are candybar style Symbian powered 3G handsets with touch-senstive displays.
Sony Ericsson's two new G-series handsets look virtually identical (apart from their colour schemes) and share a large number of features in common, however, the G900i offers a better camera and Wi-Fi.
The Sony Ericsson G900i launches in either dark red or dark brown and boasts a touch-screen user interface with stylus, and is the better equipped of the two new G-series handsets.
The G900i is blessed with a five-megapixel camera with autofocus and a multi-shot function, one-touch media and organiser menu, a large 2.4-inch display with single touch controls, Wi-Fi, and the ability to browse through your photo album with the tip of your finger via the touch-screen UI.
The Sony Ericsson G700i, meanwhile, will launch with a silk bronze finish and also offers a touch-screen, full organiser function, a large 2.4-inch display and a 3.2-megapixel camera.
