Palm Pre exclusive to O2

O2 now rolling in it, with both the Pre and iPhone 3GS

After months of rumouring and red herrings, it's confirmed - the next big iPhone killer, the Palm Pre, will launch exclusive to O2 (who ironically already have an exclusive on all current versions of the iPhone).  

The Guardian reports that Palm will confirm the deal next week. The Pre has been out in the US for some weeks, where it's gotten largely good reviews, while the iPhone 3GS has been out for three weeks and already sold out. May the battle commence! (Apple for one, has been getting ready)

We're meeting the Palm people for a pre-launch briefing next Tuesday, so we'll have more info then.
