Available in a range of colours, this touch-screen device is geared towards the social networker
Samsung touch-screen phones are ten a penny at the moment, what with the Jet, Omnia II, Omnia Pro and Omnia Lite all being announced this week alone. Well there's another kid on the block in the shape of the Samsung S5600 and this handset is geared very much towards the social networker. An exclusive to Orange the Samsung S5600 enables users to customize their device by dragging and dropping various widgets onto their screen enabling quick one-click access to their favourite applications. The S5600 is also embedded with Orange Windows Live so customers will be able to natter away via instant messaging, while HSDPA is also onboard to ensure speedy internet access.
Available in black, pink and white, the Samsung S5600 also sports a 3.2-megapixel camera complete with smile shot, Shazam's 'Find Music' service and a microSD card slot capable of housing cards of up to 8GB. The touch-screen meanwhile measures in at 2.8-inches.
The Samsung S5600 is available now free from Orange on a £20 per month two year contract or for £159.99 on Orange prepay.
