The new N810 boasts internet applications from the likes of Google, YouTube and Facebook, built-in GPS and a slide-out keyboard.
With its built-in GPS receiver, the new Nokia N810 Internet tablet lets you navigate anywhere by foot or in the car with a wide variety of points of interest and pre-loaded maps.
As with the original Nokia N800, the new N810 offers Wi-fi for internet connection when within range of a hot spot. The new device also offers Mozilla based browser, with Ajax and Adobe Flash 9 on board. The device - which is not phone enabled - lets you make internet calls via Skype, check your Google Mail and Facebook account and watch videos on YouTube. And, whether you're browsing websites or watching streamed videos, the large 800x480 resolution screen will keep the image sharp.
It also stacks up pretty well as a music player, with up to 45 hours of music playback and memory storage of up to 7500 songs on an optional 10GB memory card.
The Nokia N810 is expected to start shipping from mid November with an estimated retail price of £299.
