Activity updates from Facebook, Digg, etc will be displayed on windows live profile page
Microsoft wraps another tentacle around the tech world with the launch of its new Windows Live service, which will aggregate contacts, profile and status updates from approximately a zillion social networking sites.
Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Last FM, MySpace, Hi5, Tagged and LinkedIn are all part of the plot, and any content update you post in these sites (and more) can be automatically published to your Windows Live profile too (and also pop up on Messenger). Users will also be able to invite friends to their Windows Live network from all of the above, and vice versa.
And all your content updates will be visible from one page - your Windows Live.com profile. A little shiver just went down our spine.
