LG Style Icon competition looking for people to appear in new LG Secret ad campaign
LG is beginning a three-month roadshow to find new faces for its LG Secret ad campaign. The LG Style Icon competition will see LG, headed by London Fashion Week talent scout Andrew Tucker, visit 10 regions across the UK and Ireland where open-call castings will be held to find the most stylish, funky, and original looking people. Each entrant will have their photo taken before it's displayed on the LG microsite. A public vote will then decide on the top five from each region before an LG panel will select one finalist from each location to appear on an LG Secret billboard in their home town.
Andrew Tucker will then choose one male and one female from the 10 regional winners to become the faces of a national LG advertising campaign. For those that can't make it to the open-call auditions, you can still enter by visiting www.lgstyleicon.com and uploading your photo.
The LG roadshow will be at the following locations on the following dates:
1. Reading, 7-8 June
2. Bluewater, Kent, 14-15 June
3. Glasgow, 21-22 June
4. Belfast, 28-29 June
5. Solihull, 12-13 July
6. Sheffield, 19-20 July
7. Edinburgh, 26-27 July
8. Manchester, 2-3 August
9. Cardiff, 9-10 August
10. Dublin, 16-17 August
