'Top-Up & Get' promotion rewards customers who top up £10 or more
Virgin Mobile prepay customers now have an additional incentive to top up. The ‘Top-Up & Get' scheme rewards customers with unlimited free texts at the weekend every time they top up by £10 or more during the week.
The unlimited free texts can be used to text other Virgin Mobile customers or to customers on other networks.
In order to qualify for unlimited texts, customers need to top up during the qualifying period of midnight on Monday to 11.59pm on Friday, while the period of free texts runs from midnight on Saturday to 11.59pm on Sunday. Customers will be informed as to whether they are eligible for weekend unlimited texts via a text from Virgin Mobile. The ‘Top-Up & Get' promotion is available to all Virgin Mobile Pay As You Go customers, with a fair use policy of 750 texts per weekend.
