Customers to benefit from three tiered reward scheme with the O2 Priority Club
O2 Pay Monthly customers who spend more than £35 per month will be entitled to a host of benefits. The O2 Priority Club will reward customers with benefits such as extra minutes or texts as well as exclusive VIP tickets for The O2. Divided into three tiers, customers will be assigned either a silver, gold or platinum level depending on how much they spend. Customers who spend between £35.01 and £50 will fall into the silver category, those who spend £50.01 and £80 will be tagged as gold, and customers spending more than £80 a month will be classed as platinum. Customers will remain in the level they have been assigned to for the next twelve months.
Silver-level customers will be rewarded with the likes of free texts or minutes, music downloads, special partner offers and exclusive restaurant discounts at The O2. Gold level customers will be able to enjoy all the benefits that silver customers enjoy, along with a 'priority fast track customer service', a three month early upgrade option and free UK ticket offers. Customers in the platinum category will receive the same rewards as the gold customers along with a personal account manager, a six month early upgrade option and VIP tickets to The O2 and other O2-sponsored events.
