Dell's Inspiron Mini 9 to feature built-in Vodafone broadband
Vodafone has agreed a deal with mini laptop manufacturer Dell to include its mobile broadband in the new Inspiron Mini 9. Users will have instant broadband access wherever they are without the need of wires or an additional modem, providing quick and easy access to video and music downloads, web browsing and instant messaging. Sporting a slick piano finish, the Inspiron Mini 9 is impressively thin, with a weight of 1.035kg. Other features include an 8.9-inch glossy LED display (1024x600), a sealed keyboard and a built-in webcam.
The Dell Inspiron Mini 9 is expected to be available in the next few weeks, exclusively through Vodafone stores and online, as well as direct from Dell. Although details of pricing and country availability are yet to be confirmed, Dell's UK website is advertising the device from £299 (including VAT).
