Exclusive to Orange, the Alcatel OT-E227 available in three vibrant colours

Entry-level handset supremos Alcatel has announced their latest prepay handset will be available for under a tenner. Exclusive to Orange, the Alcatel OT-E227 will cost £9.99 when purchased with £10 top-up credit. The OT-E227 comes in three colours; fuchsia with stars print, glossy black and metallic rosé, that all sport a matte silver edging.

Sporting a 1.5-inch TFT 65K colour screen, and with 10 hours talktime and 325 hours standby, the Alcatel OT-E227 weighs in at an impressive 70g. A discreet LED light, found on the body of the handset alerts the user to any incoming calls or texts.
