Parrot's "It's Flying Season" seasonal event is aimed at letting you fly drones that are going to be a lot cheaper than they usually are. The season will be celebrated from May 6 to June 19.
In this period, if you go for a minidrone, you will avail a discount of £20. If you prefer a larger Bebop or Bebop 2 drone, or if you go for a Bebop drone with a Skycontroller or even a Skycontroller and Skycontroller Black Edition package, Parrot will give you a £40 discount.
However, if you go for a top-of-the-line Bebop 2 drone with Skycontroller Black Edition, you will avail a discount of £80.
Right now, a Bebop 2 costs as much as £439.99 but minidrones like Max, Marshall, Diesel or Tuk Tuk can be purchased for just £129.99. The cheapest drones available are Mars and Airborne Cargo Travis which are retailing for £79.99. The top end Bebop 2 drone with Skycontroller Black Edition is available at £649.99.
"To pilot a leisure drone is not and should not be reserved for the elite nor to expert pilots. It is with this conviction that Parrot developed a range of compact, lightweight and robust drones which are all easy to control with a smartphone.
"With ‘Flying Season’ we wish to blow a wind of ingenuity before summer! Our ambition is to create a yearly moment in which people can add a new dimension to their play, to their time with others and to their memories,” said François Ruault, Sales & Marketing Director at Parrot.
