To ensure you are able to use your data allowance optimally, a new month's data will only be used after the previous month's allowance is completely exhausted. Such usage is free of cost and will help you get your money's worth. How much data has already been consumed and how much remains to be spent can be found in your iD mobile app or through the My iD Account section of idmobile.co.uk.
Carphone have launched a new network called iD
“We’re delighted to announce the introduction of freeData Rollover on all our GoTo plans. We’ve listened to our customers who have told us they want more control over the data they use, so we’re giving them the flexibility to use data they might not use in any given month at no extra charge.
“Data is one of the key considerations when choosing the right plan to suit your lifestyle, and we know data usage can vary from month to month, and can often result in higher monthly charges. This is why we’ve introduced Data Rollover, to give our customers more control over their plans and better value for money,” said Adam Dunlop, General Manager at iD.
iD's GoTo standard contracts offer handsets for free along with attractive text, minutes and data plans. If you want to buy a 32GB iPhone 5S from iD, you can get the handset by paying an upfront cost of £49.99 and get 2000 minutes, 5000 texts and 2GB of data by paying £47.50 a month for twelve months.
Carphone Warehouse ramps up iD ahead of nationwide roll-out
iD was launched on the Three network in April last year by Carphone Warehouse to offer tailor-made mobile phone tariffs to customers. The main aim of the new network was to address issues like inflexible roaming plans for frequent travellers, non-availability of short term plans and lack of standardised billing based on best prices in the market.
With free roaming facilities for 22 countries, users will also be able to choose from several new takeaway plans starting from £25.50 per month for 24 months. Data-only plans with 4G will also be available starting at £5 per month.
