Apple to launch iPhone 5se, iPad Air 3 and MacBook in Rose Gold variants

Apple's upcoming launch event in March is going to be an absolute treat to watch.  Aside from the much anticipated iPhone 5se, Apple may also launch new iPads, a new Apple Watch as well as MacBooks.

As per 9to5Mac, Apple's iPhone 5se, iPad Air 3, a new iPad Mini and a 12-inch MacBook will launch in the premium Rose Gold colour apart from the usual. As per reports, iPhone 5se will also be available in Space Gray and Silver colours besides Rose Gold.

Like the iPad Air 2, Apple is also expected to bloat the iPad Air 3 with new features like a new smart connector that will let you connect accessories to it like a smart keyboard. iPad Air 3 will also come with a rear-facing LED flash like in iPhones but will not feature 3D Touch in its display.

New rumours also point towards Apple launching a space black Apple Watch with a Milanese Loop, new nylon straps and several new colour bands. Whether it will be the Apple Watch 2 or new variants of the existing Apple Watch cannot be confirmed as yet.

So far, iPhone 5se has been drawing all the attention thanks to its mix of a small display coupled with a number of latest features like the new iOS 9, better cameras, the latest A9 chip, Live Photos and NFC to support Apple Pay. It may also serve up a double boost for Apple by convincing users of older iPhones to switch to a low cost option and also attract phone users who still love smaller displays.

With Apple selling only 1.3 per cent more iPhones in the last quarter of 2015 compared to the same period in 2014, the launch of iPhone 5se is expected to help Apple curb the falling sales by making the new iPhones available to mid-range phone buyers.
