Google's Nexus 5X is in! Here's how you can get one

Google's Nexus 5X, the brand new 5.2 inch variant from LG is now available for purchase in the UK. While pre-orders began in earnest following its launch, you can now simply walk in and pick one at your nearest store.

You will also be able to order a Nexus 5X from the online Google Store starting today. Apart from us, Nexus 5X will also be available for customers in the United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, India, Korea and Japan starting today.

However, Google has not revealed the pricing as yet. As per the company, pricing will be announced locally at the time of availability.

Vodafone, which is already selling the 6P along with Huawei MediaPad T1 on Pay monthly from £35 and for £485 on Pay as you go, has not made the Nexus 5X available on its online store yet. Ditto for Three.

However, you'll be in luck if you visit EE's online store now. The operator is offering Nexus 5X on pre-order with a range of monthly plans. Their best-selling plan offers 1GB data, 1000 minutes and unlimited texts for an upfront cost of £19.99 and £36.99 monthly for 24 months.

O2 does feature Nexus 5X in its online store but hasn't made pricing and monthly plans available yet.

Nexus 5X comes as a great mid-range option with Android 6.0 Marshmallow up its sleeve. Featuring a 5.2 inch Full HD display, it packs a Snapdragon 808 processor, 12MP and 5MP cameras, 2GB RAM, up to 32GB of storage and a 2,700 mAh battery. Your multi-tasking needs will be met by additional storage options, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, NFC connectivity, USB Type-C ports and a fingerprint sensor.
