Huawei launched its latest flagship- the Honor 7- in the UK later today. Though this may seem to be yet another Chinese smartphone flirting with the premium range at mid-range prices, there's a lot more to it than the pricing this time.

For the first time, Huawei could be opening its own online store in the UK to sell the Honor 7 and other phones rather than selling them through online partners like Amazon. Even though this may keep the pricing steady, factors like after sales service and replacements should get easier as well.
Another piece of great news is that in the first few days post launch, the Honor 7 will retail at under £200 as part of a special offer. This offer could lead to the new phone churning up sales in the millions like Huawei phones do in large Asian markets like China and India.
