It's only been ten months since the second generation Moto X saw the light of the day, and here we are with an invitation from Motorola just when we were wondering what the next Moto X could hold.
To be held on the 28th of this month, Motorola is hoping to surprise us at the event in London which could serve up anything from smartphones to smartwatches to mobile accessories. But it was Motorola's love towards us scribes that got us thinking.
An e-mail sent out by the American company hints at something that we could fall in love with in no time. Motorola signs off with hugs & kisses using a well-known symbol that we frequently use.
Too Apparent. Don't you think?
Just so you know, the existing second generation Moto X is a 4.7 inch smartphone carrying a AMOLED display with 312 ppi pixel density. Running on the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, it contains a Snapdragon S4 Pro chip, a 2GB RAM, storage options of 16/32/64 GB, a 10MP primary and 2MP front camera and a decent 2,200 mAh battery.
If the Moto X is indeed launched later this month, we would expect upgrades on the processor, memory, size and display resolution akin to the latest flagships launched by Samsung, LG and HTC earlier this year.
We'll be back with a confirmation later this month. XOX :)
