Chinese tech giant Lenovo have unveiled a prototype of the Magic View- their new smart watch at the Tech World gadget fest in Beijing.
Following the acquisition of Motorola, it looks like the main display and the overall style of the Magic View has been borrowed extensively from the Moto 360 smartwatch.
However, the differentiating factor in the Magic View is the unique projector. As per Lenovo, the projector, armed with 120 patents in its name, can make images appear much larger than they actually are, with a sort of a magnifying glass-like functionality.
The projector works independently on the watch screen and only the user can view the projected images, making the Magic View, as and when it is released, the world's first dual-screen smartwatch. However, Lenovo made no mention of either the availability or launch dates of the Magic View at the fest.
While no further specifications or updates are available as yet, we are sure there will be further developments on the Magic View smartwarch later this year. We will let you know as soon as we get to hear some.
