LG to launch new G4c as mid-range alternative for the G4?

LG seems to be joining the 'big brother-small brother' bandwagon of smartphone launches with a new phone named LG G4c poised for a launch in the coming days.

Spotted by Phone Arena, the new gadget appeared in the listings of a Dutch retailer with the model number LG-H525N and a release date of May 12, barely ten days away!

Even though the G4 suffered numerous leaks and industry watchers knew almost everything about the flagship before it was launched, nobody ever came across any leaked reference or an LG statement with reference to the G4c yet.

At the same time, given LG have not announced the new phone yet, it seems highly unlikely that the device could actually release in only ten days from today.

However, just in case LG succeeded in keeping the new device a secret and is peparing to launch it in the coming days, we decided to put together a list of specs that the G4c should probably feature:

OS                          Android 5.2 lollipop
