Cannot afford the Apple Watch? The light gold Moto 360 should push the right buttons

If the Apple Watch Edition seems too heavy for your wallet, as it is for most customers, Motorola has brought in the popular Moto 360 smartwatch with a light gold finish which is as pleasing to the eye as the premium Apple Watch.

Available for pre-order online exclusively from O2, the Moto 360 blends the latest smartwatch specs with a traditional watch look. The stainless steel body has been given a uniform light gold finish to give the watch the appearance of a premium and exclusive gadget.

Sporting a 1.56 inch LCD display, the Moto 360 runs on Google's Android Wear OS and is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display. It contains an internal storage of 4GB with a 512MB RAM, a TI OMAP chipset and a 320 mAH battery that offers an entire day of regular usage without charging. Resistant to water and dust, the stainless steel case is also available in leather band options.

Priced at £249.99, the light gold model is a lot cheaper yet is equally attractive as the Apple Watch Edition. It will be available in stores from 23rd April onwards.
