Sony Mobile today announed the much anticipated Xperia Z4 tablet at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Dubbed as the world's 'lightest and slimmest' 10 inch tablet, the Z4 contains a 2k display and can sustain a battery life up to 17 hours of video playback.

To provide the user with rich multimedia experience, the Xperia Z4 features powerful front stereo speakers for immersive surround sound effect. The tablet can also detect the type and style of attached headphones and adjust its audio settings accordingly.
Keeping with Sony's stature in the audio quality genre, the Xperia Z4's DSEE HX pocessing enables High- Res Audio quality, and the new LDAC codec transmits data three times faster than Bluetooth for wireless listening.
The 8.1MP rear camera has been disegned to provide the best shots in all light conditions and the 5.1MP front camera ensures brilliant video calling, selfies and Skype experience.
The Xperia Z4 can connect with the PlayStation 4 via home wi-fi and users can play the latest PS4 games using the DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller installed in the tablet. Users will also be able to enjoy the best music, videos, movies and TV episodes through an automatic subscription to Sony's Xperia Lounge Gold.
Powered by the 64 bit Snapdragon 810 octa core processor, the Z4 is the perfect device for high speed multi-tasking with 4G LTE connection. The 2k display ensures stunning picture quality and graphics, and the 32GB internal memory will ensure users will seldom fall short of space.
Weighing at onlt 393 grams, the Xperia Z4 has been crafted using stainless steel metal corners and mineral glass. It will be available globally in both Wi-Fi and LTE variants by June 2015.
