If periodic leaks of spectacular performance and flamboyant features of the upcoming HTC flagship weren't enough, a new expose by the Geekbench database sounds as close to the truth as a leak possibly can.
Wizards practising their trade in the Geekbench database today identified a new model that's previously been linked to the upcoming HTC One M9.
The device, code-named OPJA10, contains Qualcomm's new super-processor- the octa-core Snapdragon 810 supporting up to 3GB RAM. The OS seems to be the latest Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, featuring updates that were incorporated around December.
Geekbench wizards then went on to score the new device on single-core and multi-core parameters, in which it scored 1232 and 3587 respectively.
However, the scores do not match up to the scores of another device purported to be the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S6 that is powered by an Exynos 7420 chipset and scores 1520 and 5478.
Though we do not have more details of the scoring pattern at this point in time, we are looking forward to the official unveiling of the HTC One M9 in March for a look-over of our own.
