It's official now.
Samsung is finally at work in remodelling the much loathed Touchwiz UI and bringing it down to Google Nexus 6 levels.
The new interface will feature in Samsung's upcoming flagship- the Galaxy S6.
In a recent report, Business Korea suggested that the upgrade will not only change the looks of the TouchWiz but will also cut down several internal features to slim down the UI to a more usable and crispier version. It quoted a Samsung insider saying "We are aiming to get rid of unnecessary functions and simplify our UI at the level of Google's Nexus 6".
Though we may have to wait for the launch of the Galaxy S6 to fully grasp the remodelled TouchWiz, the fact that Samsung has finally begun work on its features is indeed a great news for the time being.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 will most probably be launched at the Mobile World Congress come March.
