It may not be the flagship we have been waiting for but HTC have launched the Desire 320- an entry level 3G phone that promises to deliver a double whammy of powerful performance and beautiful build quality that we have come to expect from the design award winning manufacturer.
The successor to the HTC Desire 310, the new entrant runs on Android™ 4.4 on a Quad-core 1.3 GHz quad-core processor which should make gaming and app juggling a breeze.
The Desire 320 will be available in Vanilla White and Dark Gray with a 4.5” screen and sport a 5MP rear-facing camera. Furthermore, it comes prepackaged with HTC’s Video Highlights functionality so creative-types can tinker away with mini-movie making as much as they please.
Blinkfeed makes an appearance here and the micro-SIM sporting phone also features a 1080p screen. Memory onboard is 8GB expandable up to 32GB via micro-SD card and it sports a 1GB RAM.
The 3.5G phone has a 2100mAH battery- which admittedly not the largest we know of is perfectly acceptable for an entry-level handset.
We will bring all details relating to pricing as soon as we know more and the phone will be available in the UK later in the year.
