Microsoft Lumia’s first phone is here and the lack of Nokia branding makes us a little nostalgic…
Officially released today, Microsoft’s first handset is set to be the €110 (£85) Lumia 535.
Available in a rainbow of traditionally Lumia colours, the budget handset comes packed with a quad-core 1.2GHz and the 5-inch IPS LCD screen has a 960 X 540 resolution.
The 8GB internal storage is expandable via microSD upto 128GB and there is 1GB of RAM. Both front and rear-facing cameras are 5 MP and extras like the Selfie app should make it smooth sailing for happy snappers.
Running Windows Phone 8.1, consumers get 15GB of free OneDrive cloud storage with the phone and it should arrive on our shores by early-2015.
