Yet another iPhone 6 leak has appeared online, showing off the handset’s front panel in its most complete state yet.
Appearing in both white and black, the front panel includes the screen, bezel, and various connections for the front-facing camera, Home button and other sensors.
Leaked to Taiwanese website Apple Club, the images offer the best look yet at a semi-assembled iPhone 6. Last weekend photos claiming to show a completed phone and its retail box were published by TechRadar, but have since been discredited due to the new Home app not appearing on the box, as it is expected to, being a major feature of iOS 8.
Although not clear in the photos, Apple Club claims the corners of the iPhone 6’s screen are slighted curved, tapering down to the edges of the phone; this is a feature previously described in older leaks, and would help to make the handset more comfortable to use one-handed.
Apple is expected to announce the iPhone 6 at a media event on 9 September; the new handset is said to have a 4.7-inch display - larger than the 4in iPhone 5s - and a slimmer profile. It will run Apple’s new iOS 8 software, which includes a fitness-tracking application called Health. This is believed to work alongside a wearable dubbed the iWatch, although it is unclear as to whether the iWatch will arrive this year or not.
