3 unveils Sony Ericsson Twitter phone

Sony Ericsson T715 features integrated Twitter, Facebook and YouTube

3 has once again teamed up with Sony Ericsson, this time to announce the T715 complete with an integrated Twitter application. Twitter is the latest social networking phenomenon to hit the internet and in case you've been living on Mars and were unaware, it allows you to post your own news feeds ("Tweets") while following others. The T715 on 3 will allow customers to read, reply and search for Tweets, while also being able to upload photos via Twitpic and reading other people's profiles.

However, it's not just Twitter that the Sony Ericsson T715 integrates. There's also Facebook and a YouTube uploader that will keep you very much in the social loop. Of course being on 3, customers will also be able to enjoy free Skype to Skype calls and free chat with Windows Live Messenger.

The Sony Ericsson T715 is available now in silver, pink or grey from 3Stores on prepay for £99 or free on 3's £15 Texter tariff.
