The company has yet to make its mark with smartphones in the UK, but if it does plan to make a move in this country, the Lenovo Vibe Z looks like a great place to start. It's a strong piece of kit, that's for sure. Packing a 5.5-inch screen with 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also has a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM and a 13-megapixel rear camera with a large f/1.8 aperture lens and a 5-megapixel networking camera with 84-degree viewing angle. There's also 4G LTE connectivity, 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0, with all of that packing into a 7.9mm thick/thin titanium shell, with a total weight of just 147 grams. Sadly, there's no Android KitKat and storage looks a but mean at 16GB (with no expansion mentioned). But overall, the good outweighs the bad.It goes on sale in February, although the UK is yet to be listed for the initial launch. Here's hoping that changes in the coming weeks.
