If you've got an Android KitKat device and Virgin TV, we have some bad news for you. The Virgin TV Anywhere app is available for a number of Android devices, but not for anyone using Android KitKat. Not yet anyway. But let's look on the bright side first. The app is available on Google Play, offering you the chance to watch up to 67 channels on your phone or tablet. Not quite the full selection, but a very good offering, far in excess of Sky Go when it comes to the numbers.Of course, you need to be a Virgin Media TiVo customer to use the app (and view the TV) for free, as well as being in a Wi-Fi zone. That's right, unlike Sky Go, you can't use it with your data connection, which is likely to be a pain if you have 4G available and some spare data allowance. But on the plus side, you can control your TiVo box to record anything you want to watch on the big screen when you get home.Android KitKat is not yet supported, although that is likely to be sorted sooner rather than later. Some other devices aren't supported either, if you want to know if your phone or tablet is good to go, you can check the full list here. If you are on the list, head to Google Play to grab the app.
