New images of upcoming Nexus 10 tablet leak

I think we all expected a launch of a new Nexus 10 tablet at some point, but it seems like the upgraded model will be here soon than you or we expected.

Two images have leaked this weekend, suggesting that the tablet isn't far off a launch. They also confirm that the new tablet will be manufactured by LG, if there was any doubt on that front.

The first image tell us that the tablet will be offered by O2 for £299, also showing a tablet with a thinner bezel, front-facing speaker and running Android KitKat. The second image (the one shown here), shows LG as the partner once again, with a model number of LG-V510. The Korean text with the original image reads 'LG Electronics Nexus 10 November 22 LTE black and white'. From that, we can safely assume the launch date is this week, 22 November being the day, with black and white being the colour options.

That O2 price is likely to be the data model, with the Wi-Fi version likely to come in cheaper. Not much else on the rumour mill apart from these recent details, aside from the likely presence of a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor instead of the dual-core Samsung Exynos silicon powering the current model.

But to be fair, there isn't a lot more to find out apart from the small print. Hopefully Google will oblige this coming Friday.
