More LG Google Nexus 5 details emerge

New details and a new image of the LG-made Google Nexus 5 have landed online. Which surely means a launch is around the corner.

The latest details have come from the MacRumors forums, specifically via a user by the name of weespeed. He posted up the image above, claimed to be the Nexus 5, adding that he was able to hold the device, which was smaller than the LG G2 and had a look of the Nexus 7 tablet. He also pointed out that the display was 'ok”', but not as good as the Galaxy Note 3 (although it did have small bezels).

An earlier leak over the weekend threw in some allegedly confirmed specs too, claiming the Nexus 5 will have a 5-inch Full HD display (442 ppi), a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snadragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage (although there could be more options), an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera, LTE and NFC connectivity plus wireless charging.

As we said, a lot of leaks, which indicates a launch can't be far away.14 October has been rumoured, but we haven't had confirmation of that as yet.
