Google-inspired Motorola Phone leaks

Back in March, we heard details of a handset known as the Motorola X, which was widely expected to be the next Google phone. But a new leak hints that it might not be a worldwide launch.

New images from the @evleaks Twitter account point to a phone widely presumed to be the Motorola X, but with an AT&T logo in the top left corner, suggesting this is geared specifically for the US network. Further branding calls this the 'Model: XFon-ATT', which again, suggests it is the X. It also looks rather like a Nexus, as opposed to recent Moto handsets, indicating Google's hand is very much in this.

No specification sadly, but previous leaks have pointed at a 4.7-inch Full HD display, NVIDIA Tegra 4i processor, 16-megapixel camera and a five-megapixel front-facing camera. An impressive list, that's for sure.

With Google's IO conference kicking off on 15 May, we might well get the definitive story about the phone then. This might be a US model, but there's no reason why something similar could launch for the UK market too.
