Details of HTC M4 and G2 leak on Twitter

The HTC M7 is likely to launch at an event on 19 February, with an invite for the London shindig already on our desk. But it's unlikely to be the only new launch from HTC this month.

The ever-reliable @evleaks has used the medium of Twitter to spill the beans on two further handsets, which are scheduled to arrive after the M7 - those being the M4 and the G2.

Pick of the pair is the M4, which promises a 4.3-inch 720p display, a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon chip, 2GB RAM, a 13-megapixel F2.0 camera (likely to be the same as the M7) and optional LTE, along with Android Jelly Bean for the OS.

Further down the range comes the G2, which has a 3.5-inch 480 x 320 screen, a 1GHz processor and a 5-megapixel camera, with the last-generation Ice Cream Sandwich for the operating system.

Both are likely to launch at MWC at the end of February, although we're not completely ruling out the possibility of them launching at the M7 event.

Talking of the M7, HTC CEO Peter Chou was spotted waving the phone around at a company party recently. It seemed like an intentional plug ahead of launch and one we're not complaining about. It's our first hands-on sight of the phone and one that looks a little different from previous leaks of the hardware.

Just a couple of weeks to wait and we'll have it in our hands too.
