Huawei W1 revealed on Twitter

Windows Phone 8 handset close to launch
Microsoft announced the Windows Phone 8 partners way back in June. Since then, we've seen hardware from all of them ahead of the big launch, but not from Huawei. If the company can't oblige, the social networks can.
Yes, we're in the land of leaks once more. This time, courtesy of @evleaks, which has conjured up a rather impressive render of the upcoming Windows phone in a bold shade of blue (or cyan, if you prefer). Sadly, it doesn't offer anything in the way of specification, but an official launch is said to be a week away, so not long to wait.
But if you can't wait, the rumour mill points to the W1 offering a 4-inch WVGA display, 1.2GHz dual-core chip, 512MB RAM, 4GB of internal storage, a 5-megapixel camera and a VGA camera on the front. If that's pretty underwhelming, that's because the W1 is said to be the cheapest of the Windows Phone 8 smartphones at launch.
We'll find out just how cheap very soon, possibly at next week's launch.
