Image of Nokia Lumia X appears online

Is it real or is it just a concept?
Yesterday, we mentioned that Nokia plans to launch its next generation Windows 8 Phones at Nokia World, which takes place early in September. So far, there haven't been many clues about just what will actually launch, but with the company promising 'something amazing', we are genuinely intrigued.
Could it be the Nokia Lumia X? Possibly, although we are not exactly convinced that this is the real deal. If it is, we'll be over the moon. The site for this 'leak' is Concept Phones, with a source called 'Johnny' claiming that this is a real Windows Phone 8 device, which will debut in September. The image is said to be from a Nokia Design Studio.
Features are said to include a HD screen (no size given), a ClearBlack AMOLED display, Windows Phone 8 as the OS and a Snapdragon S4 dual-core CPU. The camera at the bottom is an eight-megapixel unit with Carl Zeiss technology and the ability to rotate. That area also features dedicated keys for playing games.
Real or not? Like I said, we're not completely convinced by this, not least because of the chunky form factor and screen size. But it could be a new Lumia, so take it with a rather large pinch of salt. If it comes to pass, remember where you heard it first (or second, if you want to be pedantic).
