APP WATCH: Facebook introduces Pages Manager for iOS

Facebook has a new app on the market, but so far, Pages Manager for iOS has only launched in selected countries. Don't worry, it will be here soon enough.

Pages Manager is exactly what it sounds like. If you have a Facebook Page (and let's be honest, a lot of us have at least one), you can keep track of it on the go. That's if you have an iPhone. There's no mention of an Android app yet, let alone any other mobile platform.

The iOS Pages app looks very like the current Facebook app, although the functionality is obviously very different. This app lists all the pages you have any kind of admin rights to on the left-hand side, with notifications whenever a user interacts with that Page (or Pages). Of course, you can also interact with them too, via your iPhone.

On top of that, the app allows on-the-go access to Page Insights, which track Page performance and user engagement via likes. So you know how successful your Page is.

All of which is good news... if you could get it in the UK. Facebook Pages seems to be rolling out slowly, so far hitting the likes of Australia, New Zealand and Canada. We wouldn't be surprised to see it in the UK before the weekend is out. Keep an eye on that app store if you want it.
