BlackBerry Curve 9320 appears online

When RIM announced its latest set of disappointing sales results, the company promised to go back to basics, which is perhaps where the BlackBerry Curve 9320 comes in.

This is BlackBerry all over and an entry-level device, which is an area where the the company is still popular thanks to the continuing use of BBM. It has the look you would expect of a Curve, as well as the built-in QWERTY keyboard. The press shots leaked also show the device running BlackBerry OS 7.1.

As for the specification, that's still a little unclear, although previous leaks have pointed to a 320x240-pixel 2.44-inch screen, 512MB of RAM, Wi-Fi, HSPA, and a 3.2-megapixel camera. At first, it was thought that the Curve 9320 would be for emerging markets only, but a listing on the T-Mobile site in the UK (without any detail at the time) indicated that the smartphone would be hitting the shelves of UK networks too.

As for a launch date, BlackBerry World takes place next week, where new hardware is expected to launch. The BlackBerry Curve 9320 should be amongst it.
