The annual report from Ofcom has just been published, with Orange topping the list of most complained about mobile networks.
The regulator looked at providers of mobile, landline and broadband services, with over 4% market share and collates results proportionally rather than as a total figure. This allows comparisons to be drawn between the network providers.
Orange topped the list of complaints against the other mobile providers with 0.17 complaints per 1,000 subscribers, more than double the number the regulator received the previous quarter. Three were second in the list with 0.15 complaints, followed by Vodafone, T-Mobile and Virgin Mobile all with 0.7. O2 will be the happiest, sitting at the bottom of the list with 0.2 complaints per thousand users.
Sky and Virgin Media score best of the fixed broadband providers with 0.17 and 0.18 complains respectively while TalkTalk bring up the rear with 0.61 disgruntled customers per one thousand.
