HTC Endeavor specification detailed

It was the HTC Edge originally, then it had a name change to the HTC Endeavour. Now it's been renamed the HTC Endeavor for the latest leak, which actually details pretty much everything you would want to know about HTC's next flagship smartphone.

The latest breakdown of the phone, which comes from a leaked ROM, really just firms up what we already know, as well as confirming some details we weren't too sure about in the past. According to those new details, the Endeavor (we're going with that for now) is, as expected, launching with the Ice Cream Sandwich variation of Android (4.0.3). It will also pack a quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 chip, 720p resolution display, eight-megapixel rear camera and a 1.3-megapixel networking camera.

You'll also find Dropbox integration (which is good news for that company in light of Google's expected entry into that market with Drive), Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0. A previous leak also suggested that it will be one of the first phones to come with a microSIM slot and will offer up Beats Audio software for music enhancement, albeit without the headphones. Sense 4.0 is almost certain to debut too.

It's not the only phone HTC will launch at the MWC event, but this is very likely to be the headline act when the company unveils its next generation of smartphones.
