The uber-stylish Prada Phone by LG 3.0 handset was listed to buy as a SIM-free handset a couple of weeks back, but now the networks are starting to show their hands too. In fact, a couple of them have deals listed at Phones 4u right now. That particular retailer is currently taking orders, with deals on the Vodafone and Orange networks. The cheapest of those deals is with Vodafone, which offers the handset with a monthly allowance of 900 minutes, 3,000 texts and 500MB of data for £31. The phone is 'free' and the contract is for 24 months. Completely separate from that, T-Mobile has been the first network to list the phone on its pages. The latest Prada is advertised as being 'Due February 2012', but the network doesn't add in any contract prices. I think we can guess that somewhere between £30 and £35 is likely to be the entry point. That February date tallies in nicely with the date of the SIM-free sales, which are available from retailer Clove from 6 February. If you want one, perhaps work to the week commencing that date as a rough guide. As for the phone, it launched back in December and was aimed at the fashionable crowd – a slim phone with Prada's Saffiano-styled back, a Prada skin for the Android Gingerbread OS and hip accessories like the Prada docking station and Bluetooth headset, not to mention its own Prada bag.As for the inner workings, there's a a 1GHz dual-core TI OMAP4430 processor, 4.3-inch, 800x480-pixel NOVA display, 8GB of internal storage, an eight-megapixel camera with flash and 1080p HD video capture, a front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera for your networking, along with HSPA+, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity. If all of that appeals, you know where to go for a pre-order.
