Bing gets dedicated smartphone site

Fancy the joy of Bing on your smartphone? Well you don't have to be packing a Windows Phone 7 to get a small screen version of it anymore, with m.bing.com now offering an optimised Bing for any platform.

According to Pocket-lint, the mobile version has many of the same features as desktop Bing, including Bing's daily image and hotspots as well as quick links to maps, directions and local info. There's also Autosuggest and access to recent searches, along with the Bing London journey planner and a switching map that updates as you click on points of interest.

Much of it isn't new to Windows Phone 7 fans, but if you want a glimpse of what they have - perhaps because you are considering that platform for your next phone – then it's free to access for iOS, Android 2.0 and up and BlackBerry 6.0 powered devices right now.
