As you might well know, the HTC Sensation is a Vodafone exclusive, available from 19 May for a limited period. How limited? Very limited, if O2's upgrade department proves correct.According to Dial To Save, an existing customer with the O2 network has had contact from its upgrade team confirming stock of the HTC Sensation will be at O2 on 20 June. That means one month of Vodafone exclusivity. Applying that logic across all the networks, we would suspect all the major players will have stock of the Android touch-screen on that day. Just watch those confirmations come flooding in over the next couple of weeks. That same upgrade team member didn't have pricing for the Sensation – apparently cost will be revealed one week before the handset's shelf date. So that's all sorted then? Not quite. O2 'officially' is being far more cagey, saying they 'don’t have a firm date at the moment but it’ll be early June'. That's likely to be the date when the price plans are launched. The 20 June date looks more likely to us, not least because previous rumours have indicated a one-month exclusive on the phone for Vodafone. When it does land, you'll have the chance to pick up a phone with the Android 2.3.3 OS, along with HTC Sense 3.0, a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 768MB of RAM, an eight-megapixel camera with 1080p video recording and a 4.2-inch SLCD screen with a qHD display.
