New Windows Phone 7 handsets have been thin on the ground since the initial launch, but two handsets have been spotted by Chinese site XDA.cn, the first of which has already been talked of previously, but never actually seen. That phone is the HTC Prime.Renders of both the HTC Prime and another phone going by the name of the HTC Ignite have now appeared online. According to Pocket Now, the Prime has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard as well as a 3.7-inch WVGA display, 512MB of RAM and a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash. Despite that keyboard, it still looks like a slim device too. Not much speculation on a release date, so perhaps still some time off a shelf date.Alternatively, you can opt for a touchscreen Windows Phone 7 device from HTC, that being the HTC Ignite. There is some dispute over this one, not least because the use of an 800MHz processor and resistive touch screen fall outside of the Chassis 1 requirements as stipulated by Microsoft. Aside from that, the Ignite is said to offer a 3.7-inch WVGA display, 512MB of RAM, and a 5-megapixel camera, do fall in line with existing WP7 hardware. That's said to be around in mid-2011, probably with a bump in specification when it does land.
