As tablets look set to flood the market by sumer, Amazon's Kindle ereader is joining the crowd on Carphone Warehouse shelves.
The third-gen device - and Amazon's bestselling product ever - is now available from the mobile retailer giant as well as its subsidiary electronics shop, Best Buy.
You can pick up a Wi-Fi-only version for £111, or a 3G one for £152 all-in - no monthly fee or annual contract required. The Wi-Fi version is also available free from £15 on some 24-month handset tariff; tack on an extra £15 for the 3G version.
Amazon's Kindle store is home to over 850,000 ebooks that can be downloaded in less than a minute, and are also readable via the Kindle app on iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Windows Phone and Android, as well as PC and Macs.
